For its annual CSR champions' day, Nexity wanted an engaging activity to make its people aware of the CSR issues arising throughout a property project. The aim: to combine learning with immersion, so that good practice would be easier to take up on the ground.
The brief: an immersive investigation game
Aptilink designed a physical investigation game drawn from real professional situations. Structured as 7 missions, it covers the main stages of a construction project.
Each mission yields CSR clues to be collected in order to solve a central puzzle, in a collaborative and stimulating format.
Raising awareness of the CSR issues in a property project
The activity was a clear success, drawing in everyone — including those least drawn to games. The format gave fresh meaning to technical documents that often go unread.
Delivered as a 2-hour session, the game is designed to be repeated across Nexity's local entities.
