Our instructional approach
Our instructional approach is structured as follows:

Identifying the project:
– Defining the needs and objectives of the bespoke course.
– In-depth analysis of participants’ expectations and the organisation’s specific requirements.

Scoping meeting:
– A meeting with stakeholders to clarify expectations and define the shape and format of the bespoke course.
– Setting a schedule and budget matched to the needs identified.
– Choosing the team of facilitators:
– Careful selection of facilitators, trainers and experts based on their expertise, their experience and their fit with the project’s needs.
– Validation of instructional and technical skills to guarantee the quality of the course.

Designing the modules:
– Drawing up a detailed training plan covering the specific objectives, instructional methods and assessment tools.
– Adapting content and materials to the target audience and the project’s constraints.

Delivering the course:
– Running the training modules to the agreed schedule, with close attention to the quality of knowledge transfer and participant engagement.
– Use of interactive, participatory methods to support learning and keep learners involved.

Wrapping up:
– Overall evaluation of the bespoke course, including feedback gathered from participants and stakeholders.
– Analysis of results against the original objectives and identification of areas to improve for future projects.

Learner support and accessibility
Every participant signs an attendance sheet. A certificate of completion is sent to the participant after the course.
Our courses are open to people with disabilities.
Before a course starts, we check with our clients whether any learner has a specific need related to their learning.
Aptilink has been registered as a training provider since April 2021 with the DRIEETS Île-de-France (activity declaration no. 11 75 62144 75).
Aptilink is registered as a training provider and is Qualiopi certified for training actions.
