Back to our work

To unify the learning experience, accelerate remote delivery and offer Executive Education a high-quality training experience, NEOMA Business School is evolving its digital ecosystem with Blackboard Learn and the integration of Class for Teams.

The objective: a multi-tenant platform able to host both short and long content, to run virtual classrooms from the LMS and to industrialise theonboarding of new joiners.

Background & challenge

A leading business school, NEOMA Business School wanted to replace the platform used byExecutive Education and offer a consistent experience across Executive programmes and internal training.

The priorities were for the new platform to deliver centralised content, scalability across multiple entities, and a virtual classroom system integrated with the LMS (via Class for Teams)

It also meant migrating the existing courses from Moodle.

What we did

Aptilink supported the functional and technical scoping, theinstallation and the customisation of a single instance of Blackboard Learn, structured into distinct hierarchy nodes forExecutive Education and staff training.

We configured the Class for Teams integration so that virtual classrooms could be run directly from the LMS, and we organised and carried out the migration of content from Moodle to Blackboard.

Results & impact

The project put in place properly tooled governance and a unified architecture that make training easier to steer across several audiences.

The teams now have a consistent experience (same pathways, same UX standards), smoother class delivery through Class for Teams, and a robust foundation on which to develop the offer — long programmes, short modules, onboarding pathways — without multiplying platforms.

The carefully planned and executed migration secured continuity of teaching while improving service quality and maintainability.
