Back to our work

To strengthen risk prevention, Gecina, a property company established mainly in the Paris office market, chose an immersive experience : a safety walkthrough in 360° video that places employees in their own working environments and embeds the right reflexes through advanced scripting and strong storytelling.

Background & challenge

Gecina's challenge was to make every employee aware of the wide variety of risks that come with property work. The company was looking for something memorable, at once innovative and practical, capable of unifying safety messages across a broad footprint.

What we did

We designed a scripted, immersive 360° elearning pathway combining video footage with 3D scenes. Learners explore several working contexts, spot the hazards and apply the prevention rules as the narrative unfolds — which helps them remember. The immersion brings the training close to real conditions without exposing anyone to risk.

Results & impact

The experience embeds the key messages and makes day-to-day practice more consistent. The 360° dimension draws people in and makes the expected reflexes easier to adopt, particularly for new joiners and teams with high turnover.

Testimonial videos were added to the immersive experience to place it in context more firmly still.

Key figures

The immersive course runs about 30 minutes, is aimed at every employee, and blends scripting, video and 3D to multiply the angles from which people learn.
