We designed for Orange a training module for managers and the HR function, exploring the subtleties of occupational health recommendations within the framework of employment law.
Our aim was to give the teams atOrange the tools they need to identify the challenges and assess the potential gaps between medical recommendations and organisational reality — all illustrated with concrete scenarios, for a hands-on learning experience.
