Modernising training organisations in the AURA region

The AURA region (Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes) launched a call for expressions of interest (AMI) to modernise the training capacity of training providers in the region: continuing education bodies, apprentice training centres, health and social care training institutes and others.

What does it involve?

Aptilink was selected to:

• Carry out adiagnosis of the organisation's needsand define a strategy and an action plan
• Support theimplementation and follow-up of that action plan

The scheme funds up to 30 days of support, paid for in full by the region.

Who is it for?

Aptilink has supported a number of training providers, including:

• Nursing and care assistant training institutes:
  • The IFSI and IFAS of the Hospices Civils de Lyon
  • The IFSI of the Saint Luc Saint Joseph hospital
  • The IFSI and IFAS of Grenoble university hospital

• Apprentice training centres:
  • CFAI Loire Drôme Ardèche
  • A.F.P.P. / INSTITUT DES MÉTIERS
  • CMA Espace Formation des Métiers et de l'Artisanat
  • RETRAVAILLER AUVERGNE-LOIRE

• General training providers:
  • Pôle PIXEL
  • LIGUE RÉGIONALE AUVERGNE RHÔNE ALPES DE BASKET BALL
  • Osengo Nepsod
  • ...

What did it change?

Among other things, this support made it possible to:

• Structure the digitisation project by putting management tools in place and digitising processes, for instance
• Structure the training offer by identifying digital opportunities and potential projects
• Bring AI into teaching practice
• Design and build a blended or fully remote module
• and a good deal more besides…
